How To Prepare Carrot Juice At Home
- Wash and dice the carrots.
- Put them inside the blender.
- Add a small amount of water.
- Blend with medium speed until the ingredients are well mixed.
- Place a sieve bag in your desired cup/container and pour in the blended ingredients.
- Squeeze as much liquid out of the sieve bag as possible.
- Place in a refrigerator (if you want it chilled).
- Add anything else that will suit your taste (for me, I add a little honey and some milk).
- Serve alone or with any dessert when you are ready to consume.
